This information is kept for no more than 90 days in the booking database (Upstash) and booking e-mails are sent by Resend. When you write to me or call me, I use your details only to reply to you and support you. What you share with me during our work together stays confidential: I share it with no one and never publish it.
I keep requests that did not go further for 3 years at most, the data of the people I support for the duration of the support and then 3 years, and invoices for 10 years, as required by law. The services are non-medical and non-therapeutic. Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable. An appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance is still due.
For an online booking, you have 14 days to withdraw, by e-mail, without giving a reason. If you asked for the service to take place before the end of this period, the part already provided remains due.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. They are personal, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
