Through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, I listen to you and support you. We take the time to talk about your questions, your wishes and what would do you good.
I live in the Ossau Valley. This is where, all the way to Pau, I support women and families.
I’m a doula, a rebozo & bengkung practitioner and a yoga teacher. During our sessions, I also share postures and breathing you can practise at home, during pregnancy or after the birth.
My practice is intuitive and respectful of your choices. We start from where you are, with no ready-made programme.

My support is non-medical and non-therapeutic. It complements the care of your midwife, gynaecologist or doctor.

I offer, among others, the oxytocin treatment during pregnancy and the closing ritual after the birth. Treatments and packages are also available as gift vouchers.
I suggest one session on the physiology of birth, one on your birth plan and one to prepare your postpartum. This structure stays flexible: we first talk about what you need at the time of the session.
Remote support, by text, voice message, e-mail or video call, starts at 32 weeks of pregnancy and continues until 40 days after the birth. I stay available during the last weeks of pregnancy, the immediate postpartum and while breastfeeding is getting started.
Five sessions to spread according to your needs, with an oxytocin treatment during pregnancy. Remote support, by text, voice message, e-mail or video call, runs from 32 weeks of pregnancy to 40 days after the birth.
This package can be given as a gift or funded jointly by your loved ones.
Presence at the birthAdd-on to a package · on call from D−14 to D+7€400+
I stay on call during the 14 days before your due date and the 7 days after. On the day, I join you to support you through labour and birth.
I can be with you at the maternity unit, in a birth centre or at home, always alongside the medical team and with their agreement. For a home birth, I meet your midwife beforehand.
I’m there for you and your partner, with breathing, positions, the rebozo and a continuous presence. I don’t replace the medical team.
You don’t need to arrive with a plan. Here are a few topics we can explore together.
Understanding the physiology of birth and what is happening in your body.
Clarifying your birth plan, putting it into words and standing by it.
Talking about your fears and worries, even the ones you don’t always dare to say.
Preparing your postpartum: the golden month, organising your home and your support network.
Talking about breastfeeding and the first gestures with your baby.
Finding your partner’s place before, during and after the birth.
Going back over a previous birth you need to talk about.
My role is non-medical and non-therapeutic. I make no diagnosis and perform no medical procedure. This support complements your care with a midwife, gynaecologist or doctor.
A moment for your body.
The rebozo is a long woven shawl from Mexico, used to rock, wrap, massage and tighten the body. The bengkung is a long strip of fabric from Malaysia, tied around the belly and pelvis after the birth.
I combine them with warm oil massage, time to listen, sound journeys or meditations, depending on the treatment.
For four-hand treatments, I work with Alexandra Menaut, a doula and rebozo practitioner.

What is the difference between a doula and a midwife? +
The midwife provides medical care for your health and your baby’s, the check-ups and the birth. The doula brings listening, information and emotional, physical and practical support. The two roles complement each other. I work with midwives, both independent and hospital-based.
Can my partner take part? +
Yes, the sessions are designed for both of you. You can also come with someone else close to you, in particular the person who will support you on the day of the birth.
Can you come to my birth at the maternity unit? +
Yes, with the agreement of the medical team on duty. For a home birth, I’m there alongside your midwife, after meeting her. This presence is an add-on to the packages, with on-call availability from D−14 to D+7 around your due date.
When should I start? +
At any point in your pregnancy, and even after the birth. You may also need support during postpartum.
How do I choose my package? +
We talk about it during our first call: you tell me where you are and we choose what fits your needs, including if a single session is enough.
“Grâce gave us confidence in ourselves, in our baby, in my body.”

What they say.
“A warm cocoon where everyone has a place. Each circle is a breath of fresh air and gives me back faith in the power of a group.”
Delphine Sharing circles
“It was magical. A pause in my life at 100 miles an hour. Even though the celebration is for the mother-to-be, I enjoyed it just as much. Grâce knows how to adapt to what the mother wants, but also to her friends and family.”
Charlène Mama’s Blessing
“I was lucky enough to be given a rebozo treatment with Grâce and Alex as a gift. It was the best treatment of my life.”
Pauline Four-hand rebozo treatment
“I had a binding treatment a few months after giving birth. A real moment of sharing and relaxation.”
Laurie Closing ritual
“The rebozo treatment was magical. I highly recommend it, for mothers-to-be, but also for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves.”
